Q What is the Cheetos Store? 

Through the years, I’ve watched the holidays become flooded with mediocre gifts. Gifts that have no meaning. So I took my crafty paws and started designing gifts with myself as my muse. Gifts the world is missing, but must have. Exclusive, very limited and highly desired gifts. Gifts that can only be found in one place – the Cheetos Store.

Q: The items I want are sold out. Will they be back in stock?

A: Cheetos® Store products are limited edition. Once the items are sold out, they are gone and will not be restocked.

Q: Do the promo codes apply to all items in the store?

A: The promo codes apply to all items except the Eye of the Cheetah.

Q How can I place my order?

A Cheetos Store orders can only be placed online. Orders are not available through phone or mail order.

Q Is your site secure?

A Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption and firewall technology throughout the ordering process. Most browsers will show a lock icon in the top status bar on secure pages. Look for this icon on any web page that asks for your personal information. To further ensure your security, we use state of the art SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption to protect your personal information from unauthorized use. View the privacy policy. We do not store credit card information on our site.

Q What is the Cheetos Store return policy?

A All orders are final. Because the Cheetos® Store is open for a limited time only, we can’t offer exchanges. However, refunds and returns on damaged or erroneous orders will be determined on a case by case basis.  Please contact the Cheetos team at http://www.fritolay.com/contact.htm if there are any issues with your order. We reserve the right to request photos or other evidence of damage.

Q How much does shipping cost?

Standard: 5-7 business days. Free standard shipping on all orders.
2-Day: 2 business days. $25 flat.

Q Where do you ship to? 

A We currently only ship to the United States. We do not ship internationally or to P.O. Boxes.

Q How will I know if my order shipped?

A We'll send you two emails once you make your purchase:

1. Order confirmation: We'll send this email as soon as our system accepts your order, usually within minutes of placement. Please contact us if you haven't received this email and we'll double-check to see if your order is in our system.

2. Shipping confirmation: We'll send this email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. It will come with tracking information so you'll be informed of shipping progress of your order. Depending on the shipping option you choose, it may take a few days to receive this email. If it's been a few weeks and you haven't received your order OR this email, please contact us and we'll look into the issue for you.
